Although it is my opinion <br />that no changes are necessary to the complaints, I would be willing to make the following <br />changes to the below listed complaints: <br />t <br />I. Violation of Health and Safety Code § 25503.5 by being a business which handles <br />a hazardous material or a mixture containing hazardous material that has a quantity at any one <br />time during the reporting year equal to, or greater than, a total weight of 500 pounds (solids), or a <br />total volume of 55 gallons (liquids), and/or 200 cubic feet at standard temperature for <br />compressed gas, including but not limited to CARBON DIOXIDE and not having established a <br />business plan for emergency response for 1304 E. HANIlvMR LANE, SUITE #1, STOCKTON, <br />CALIFORNIA 95210. <br />2. Complaint No. CV 008908 <br />Paragraph 12a: <br />12a.
