Received on 04/11/2019 <br /> Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan Template SJC EHD - CR <br /> 2A.7 Inspections, Tests and Records <br /> Container Testing and Inspections <br /> • Inspections for AST tanks/containers are conducted monthly and annually per STI SP001 for <br /> Category 1. <br /> • Inspections for AST portable tanks/containers are conducted monthly and annually per STI SP001 <br /> for Category 1. <br /> • Inspections for fuel trucks and portable fuel trailer is conducted every 3 months per Basic <br /> Inspection of Terminals, CVC Section 34500. <br /> • There are no field constructed tanks on site, therefore brittle failure will not be evaluated. <br /> • Inspection and test records are provided in Appendix B <br /> • The visual gauges on the aboveground oil tanks are verified against the electronic monitoring <br /> system levels once a year. <br /> • The two oil/water separators are being used for general containment for diesel and gasoline <br /> loading/unloading and for parked fuel trucks and fuel trailer. The oil/water separators are <br /> adequately sized and constructed to contain diesel, gasoline and/or oil spills. The oil/water <br /> separators are inspected twice a year for oil sheen, and any physical damage to the separators. <br /> Facility: Stockton Shop 2A-6 Date: June 10, 2011. <br />
