Pull back all pallets, and visually inspect daily for new activity. <br /> Per Manager on duty, pest control service is conducted weekly by Western Exterminators(last visit(s)8-17-19, 8-9-19, <br /> 7-22-19, 7-10-19, 7-2-19, 6-27-19, 6-22-19, 6-7-19 <br /> Repeat violation <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Cases of food are being stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler,the walk-in freezer and on the sales <br /> floor. Maintain all food items up off of the floor by 6 inches. Correct today. <br /> Repeat violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. Store the toilet paper in the <br /> dispensers. Correct today. <br /> If the toilet paper rolls do not fit into the existing dispensers, either obtain rolls that fit or obtain and install n ew dispensers. <br /> Repeat violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances.
