CHEROKEE LANE BURGER KING
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION LODI,CALIFORNIA
445 North San Joaquin Street
Post Office Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
Dear Ms. Lagorio:
In accordance with your request, we are pleased to Introduction
present this work plan to preliminarily evaluate the soil
and ground water quality at the Burger King site,
located at 230 North Cherokee Lane in Lodi, California.
As a basis for this scope of work, we have performed a
Phase I study for the site (Lowney Associates 1995)
and discussed the project with our client.
The project site is currently occupied by a Burger King Site Background
restaurant. Prior to development of the site into a
restaurant, it was occupied by a Union Oil substation
(from approximately 1916 until 1965), which had an oil
warehouse, fueling rack, and several fuel tanks, and a
Union Oil gasoline station (from approximately 1965
until 1985)• Reportedly, no soil or ground water
quality investigations have been performed at the site.
The purpose of the proposed work is to perform a Purpose
preliminary soil and ground water quality investigation
at the site to evaluate whether the former occupants
have significantly impacted on-site soil and/or ground
water.
405 Clyde Avenue,Mountain View,CA 94043-2209 (415)967-2365 FAX(415)967-2785
Mailing Address: P.O.
