SYMPTOMS STARTED THAT NIGHT.WENT TO THE <br /> HOSPITAL ON TUESDAY AS SYMPTOMS GOT WORSE. WAS TOLD IT WAS FOOD POISONING. SAID A TOTAL OF <br /> FOUR PEOPLE BECAME ILL. DIFFERENT FOOD ORDERED FOR EACH. MALE,AGE 36, CARNITAS BURRITO. MALE, <br /> AGE 3, MINI CORN DOGS. FEMALE,AGE 16, SHRIMP DISH WITH RICE. FEMALE,AGE 39, SOME SORT OF FISH <br /> DISH; UNSURE OF THAT ORDER. ONLY COMMON ITEM WAS SALSA AND CHIPS. OTHER PEOPLE WERE JUST <br /> RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL TODAY, JUNE 16. DID NOT CONTACT FACILITY. REQUESTING FOLLOW-UP <br /> FROM INSPECTOR." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. (most of the <br /> fresh meat products), Del Campo Produce, Inc. (fresh produce)and Mexifoods, Inc.
