COMPLAINANT PICKED UP A TO-GO <br /> ORDER ON 5/30/2016 AROUND 5:31 PM AND CONSUMED IT SHORTLY AFTER.THE FOOD WAS SERVED TO <br /> COMPLAINANT'S DAUGHTER AND DAUGHTER'S FRIEND. COMPLAINANT TOOK A FEW BITES BEFORE NOTICING <br /> THE WORM. COMPLAINANT FELT NAUSEOUS, BUT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. PLEASE SEE <br /> ATTACHED PHOTO. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Facility was aware of complaint and had pictures on site. Facility receives the green beans from Roma twice a week <br /> and the manufacture on the can of beans was Seneca Farms and are held in 101 oz cans. Facility sells about 2-3 cans of <br /> beans a day. Facility drains the can of beans in a colander, adds the heated sauce, places it in two small containers and <br /> places them in the walk-in or heats them in the microwave for 4 minutes before placing them in a warmer for up to 4 hours. <br /> No worms observed in beans at time of inspection. No employees have been ill and food handling training is occurring. <br /> *Employees would not grant access to inspection until manager showed up over 10 mins later.
