Delete the email address and enter in the full address for the business owner. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The business opened htis site for business in November of 2018. The submittal for 2018 <br /> was not made and the submittal for 2019 was submitted late on 8/5/2019. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c)Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. <br /> The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by this article, and the site <br /> map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility <br /> with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements <br /> to have the business plan readily available for review. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/24/2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
