Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Per employee on duty, there was an issue with the upstairs women's toilet overflowing. <br /> Employee provided an invoice from D.A. Parrish&Sons dated 7-16-18.The septic tank was pumped (3600 gallons). <br /> The toilet in the upstairs women's restroom is slow to flush and the water tank fills up very slowly-over 3-4 minutes). Repair <br /> toilet to proper function today. Heavy use is not recommended for this toilet until it is repaired. Corrected/repaired on site at <br /> the end of the inspection. <br /> The downstairs toilets are flushing properly at time of inspection. <br /> The artificial turf is dry at time of inspection. If sewage saturated the artificial turf, sanitize the artificial turf.
