The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for KEVIN JONES as of November 19, 2019. <br /> Open violations from November 01, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#16-Failed to submit emergency response plan when not meeting Ag handler exemption <br /> requirements. <br /> This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response procedures in the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).Annual submittal for the Hazardous Material Inventory was not <br /> done, the building storing oils was not marked with warning signs. To meet this exemption, a farming business shalt <br /> -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> -mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil,or fertilizers with warning signs <br /> -provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material. <br /> Immediately take all steps to meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response procedures, or to <br /> into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site. <br /> --EI This violation was corrected 11 This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> 0 Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#17-Failed to submit training program when not meeting Ag handler exemption requirements. <br /> This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing a training plan in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
