Hospital Road,French Camp APN: 193-160-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> The site is within the Phase 2 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 3. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable prior <br /> to approval of the Improvement Plan.
