However, any future proposed development must meet the following requirements: <br /> 1. All onsite sewage treatment system, water well, and small public water system <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Parcel APN 239-030-09 contains a site that is defined as a pre-regulation disposal site <br /> and that Title 27 California Code of Regulation (T27CCR), Section 21190 applies. The <br /> property owner is required to submit any proposed changes in land-use other than non- <br /> irrigated open space, to the EHD, for approval prior to implementing those changes. A <br /> post closure land use plan needs to detail development and future use of the property <br /> and provide procedures that will be implemented to protect public health and safety as <br /> required by T27CCR. <br /> 3.
