BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 4542 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF WES MOSSDALE ROAD,900 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE-5 ON-RAMP,OUTSIDE OF LATHROP ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A". The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin ordains as follows: SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby further amended by reclassifying 5.9-acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-Acre Minimum) and C-FS (Freeway Services Commercial) to I-W (Warehouse Industrial), 3.5-acres from C-FS (Freeway Services Commercial) to AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-Acre minimum) to I-W (Warehouse Industrial), and 372.11-acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-Acre Minimum) to AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-Acre Minimum), as shown on Exhibit"A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance. SECTION 2. The Community Development Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same.
