BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4542 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF WES <br /> MOSSDALE ROAD,900 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE-5 ON-RAMP,OUTSIDE OF <br /> LATHROP ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A". <br /> The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying 5.9-acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-Acre <br /> Minimum) and C-FS (Freeway Services Commercial) to I-W (Warehouse Industrial), 3.5-acres <br /> from C-FS (Freeway Services Commercial) to AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-Acre <br /> minimum) to I-W (Warehouse Industrial), and 372.11-acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture, <br /> 40-Acre Minimum) to AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve, 20-Acre Minimum), as shown on <br /> Exhibit"A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the <br /> County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, on this 10th of December 2019 to wit: <br /> -1- <br />
