(APN/Address: <br /> 015-450-27/1026 East Mokelumne Street, Woodbridge) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant has submitted a Zone Reclassification and a General Plan <br /> Amendment application to amend the General Plan designation from C/C (Community Commercial) to R/M <br /> (Medium Density Residential)and the zoning designation from C-C(Community Commercial)to R-M (Medium <br /> Density Residential),with future plans to construct a maximum of four(4) residences. The project site consists <br /> of two (2)vacant lots totaling 0.48 gross acres. <br /> The Property is zoned C-C (Community Commercial) and the General Plan designation is C/C (Community <br /> Commercial). <br /> PROPONENT: Lodi Tuxedo's Inc. / Peter Westbrook <br /> This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project as described.
