D El
Impact Discussion:
a) The existing fire protection is provided by the Woodbridge Fire District, existing law enforcement is provided by the San
Joaquin County Sheriffs Office, and the schools are in the existing Lodi Unified School District. The proposed project
is a General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification. If the applications are approved, the density of dwellings
permitted by the General Plan would permit a maximum of four(4)dwelling units on the project site. This is substantially
the same residential development potential assumed if the General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification
are approved. Therefore, the General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification would result in a less than
significant impact on public services and no mitigation measures are necessary.
PA-1900031 and PA-1900037—Initial Study 25
