My understanding that it would be nice to get <br /> notification of this situation as I am a homeowner across the street as well as owner of properties around this parcel/ <br /> Here are my concerns: <br /> 1. No notification was mailed. <br /> 2. This is out of character for building. <br /> 3. There is already parking problems on these streets, as well as a new bar is to be <br /> opened and will have problems with parking. <br /> 4. There have already been numerous accidents on the street. <br /> 5. There are residents across the street that would need there parking for there homes. <br /> 6. Are they not out of compliance with this with with no notification to property owners surrounding the above mentions <br /> application? <br /> 7. This would seem to be out of character for our neighborhood. <br /> 8.. Would cause more parking problems for the neighborhood. <br /> I would appreciate an answer back to this as I was just notified that this was happening <br /> and am very concerned with the application.
