Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The 10-day appeal <br /> period ends at 4:30 p.m. on December 29, 2019. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period <br /> will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br /> June 29, 2021).
