-3- <br /> Community Development Department <br /> PA-1800106 RAA(UP) <br /> e) Owner shall be responsible for providing the County with an annual report of operation and <br /> maintenance of any system. The property owner shall also be responsible for the payment to the <br /> County of an annual system inspection fee established by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors. <br /> f) A Maintenance Plan shall be submitted and the execution of a Maintenance Agreement with San <br /> Joaquin County will be required for the owner/operator of stormwater controls prior to the release of <br /> the building permit. <br /> g) Standard Best Management Practices for the type of development proposed shall be incorporated <br /> into the site storm drainage design. <br /> h) Wastewater shall NOT be allowed into the storm drainage system. <br /> 7. Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI)with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and <br /> comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". <br /> The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID),issued by SWRCB,shall be submitted to Public Works <br /> for file. Contact the SWRCB at(916)341-5537 for further information. <br /> 8. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a current will serve letter for sanitary sewer and water <br /> service is on file prior to release of building permit. The applicant or subsequent owner of the property is <br /> responsible to ensure there is capacity in the system and that all requirements for the connections are fulfilled <br /> prior to release of the building permit. If any extension,connection,or placement of new facilities is required <br /> to connect to the existing main lines,the cost shall be borne by the applicant. For any work within the County <br /> right-of-way, an improvement plan shall be submitted to Public Works for review and approval. Required <br /> plan check and inspection fees shall apply. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division of <br /> the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Contact the Solid <br /> Waste Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.Best <br /> Management Practices (BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (iii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9- <br /> 1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance. As an example,these requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot <br /> above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> AC:CH <br />
