The Airport Land Use Commission, in response to the project <br /> referral, stated that the project is compatible with the 2018 Stockton Metropolitan Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan, <br /> a document developed to provide guidance intended to minimize the public's exposure to excessive noise and safety <br /> hazards.
