The revisions <br /> reduce the expansion from 17,727 square feet to 9,055 square feet. The two (2) part phasing and five (5) year timeline will <br /> remain the same. The proposed revisions include eliminating the proposed 12,000 square foot multi-purpose building in <br /> Phase 1 and instead converting an existing 5,055 square foot residence on an adjacent parcel into classrooms for Christian <br /> Education Activity and eliminating the proposed Phase 2 conversion of the 5,055 square foot residence into an administrative <br /> office and utilization of an existing 672 square foot storage building and instead demolishing the 672 square foot storage <br /> building and constructing a 4,000 square foot addition to the classroom building (former residence)to be used for assembly <br /> space for Christian Education Activity. The expansion will not result in an increase in the 1,176-person seating capacity of <br /> the religious assembly. Sewer service will be provided by the City of Stockton, water service will be provided by California <br /> Water Service, and storm water will be retained in an existing on-site retention basin. These parcels are not under a <br /> Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned R-L (Low Density Residential) and the General Plan designation is R/L (Low Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of 'B' Street, 250 feet south of Thirteenth Street, in <br /> Stockton. (APN/Address: 171-190-23, -36/2820 South B Street, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 1) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project <br /> as described. San Joaquin County has determined that through the Initial Study that contains proposed mitigation measures <br /> all potentially significant effects on the environment can be reduced to a less than significant level.
