This easement further reduces the usable area on an already small <br /> parcel. <br /> b) This parcel is on a corner which results in two frontages, further reducing usable <br /> area. <br /> We propose a reasonable amount of landscaping,to satisfy tree requirements and to break <br /> up the paving areas.
