'I`HC LOGISTICS SECURITY PLAN <br /> 10.Any other information as required pursuant to this division, or by any other <br /> applicable licensing authorities. <br /> a. Unless otherwise specified, all transactions must be entered into the track <br /> and trace system within 24 hours of occurrence. <br /> b. Licensees shall only enter and record complete and accurate information into <br /> the track and trace system, and shall correct any known errors entered into <br /> the track and trace system immediately upon discovery. <br /> 11. Loss of Connectivity. <br /> a. If at any point a licensee loses connectivity to the track and trace system for <br /> any reason, the licensee shall prepare and maintain comprehensive records <br /> detailing all commercial cannabis activities that were conducted during the <br /> loss of connectivity. <br /> b. The licensee shall notify the Bureau immediately for any loss of connectivity, <br /> and shall not transport, receive, or deliver any cannabis goods until such time <br /> as connectivity is restored. Licensees shall submit such notices on the <br /> Notification and Request Form, BCCLIC-027 <br /> c. Once connectivity has been restored, the licensee shall: <br /> i. Within three calendar days, enter all commercial cannabis activity that <br /> occurred during the loss of connectivity into the track and trace system. <br /> ii. Document the cause for loss of connectivity, and the date and time for <br /> when connectivity to the track and trace system was lost and when it <br /> was restored. <br /> 12.Track and Trace System Reconciliation. <br /> a. In addition to other inventory reconciliation, a licensee shall reconcile the <br /> physical inventory of cannabis goods at the licensed premises with the <br /> records in the track and trace database at least once every 30 calendar days. <br /> b. If a licensee finds a discrepancy between its physical inventory and the track <br /> and trace system database, the licensee shall conduct an audit, and notify the <br /> Bureau of any reportable activity <br /> SECTION 6 — DELIVERY SECURITY STANDARDS <br /> Delivery Employees <br /> All deliveries of cannabis goods shall be performed by a delivery employee who is <br /> directly employed by a licensed retailer. Each delivery employee of a licensed retailer <br /> shall be at least 21 years of age. All deliveries of cannabis goods shall be made in <br /> person. During the process of delivery, the licensed retailer's delivery employee may not <br /> engage in any activities except for cannabis goods delivery and necessary rest, fuel, or <br /> vehicle repair stops. Delivery employees of a licensed retailer shall, during deliveries: <br /> 1 carry a copy of the retailer's current license, <br /> the employee's government-issued identification <br /> an identification badge provided by the employer pursuant to section 5043. (f) <br /> Prior to providing cannabis goods to a delivery customer, a delivery employee shall <br /> confirm the identity and age of the delivery customer and ensure that all cannabis goods <br />
