Koster Rd, Tracy <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department has received and approved a Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination report, dated July 2, 2019 (SR0080841), prepared pursuant to San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12 (a). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-905.12) <br /> B. The Leach field disposal area shall be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This disposal field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall stake leach lines to <br /> determine compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (San <br /> Joaquin County Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620). <br /> Note: During site survey on August 2, 2019, it was observed that there are a carport and <br /> farm equipment stored on top of leach field area. <br /> C. Prior to development on the designated remainder, a Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study <br /> showing the area suitable for septic system usage is required. The study shall be submitted <br /> to the Environmental Health Department for review. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and Nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> 1868 E.
