Due to lack of suitable habitat, it is unlikely that special-status plants occur in the site.
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
(Attach additional sheets as necessary)
Topography
Describe the project site's topography:
The site contains graded aggregate base yards in the rear and central areas with the central area showing visible ruts and settlement throughout,
trafficked by semi-trucks. The westernmost portion of the property near 1-580 is not developed and appears to be native soil, previously used for
agriculture and farming, but currently used like a junk yard. The southern portion of the site, near 1-580 is topographically higher than the north end of the
site, bounded by the aqueduct. The site generally grades from low to high toward the SW. Slopes are gradual and graded areas are generally flat.
Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site:
Cultural Resources
Describe any items of historical or archaeological interest on-site:
A cultural resources investigation has not been completed for the site at this time.
SAN JOAQUIN
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
SITE APPROVAL
- COUNTY - —
FILE NUMBER:
Updated 04/29/2019
