-2- <br />Community Development Department <br />PA-1900143 (SA) <br />Permit Registration Documents (PRD's) shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board <br />(SWRCB) to comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br />Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) Number issued by SWRCB shall <br />be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Contact SWRCB at (916) 341-5537 for <br />further information. Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order 2009-009-SWQ <br />shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br />The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five (25) foot <br />wide right-of-way from the centerline of Hansen Road to the property line across the parcel's <br />frontage. (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing per Development Title <br />Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be <br />offered for dedication.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br />Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit, the driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br />with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Drawing No. 16 [return radii <br />for truck-trailer egress shall be designed to prevent encroachment onto opposing lanes of traffic] <br />(Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />AT: CH
