1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel. The project is in an agricultural <br /> community. The address is 2288 N. Murray Road, Linden, CA 95236 and is zoned AG-40. <br /> The project parcel numbers are 105-100-20 and 105-100-21. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a two acre <br /> Homesite Parcel and a Designated Remainder Parcel. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br /> Mike Machado, has owned subject property for 10+ years. The past and present uses of the <br /> property has been agriculture and homesite purposes. The parcel is in the process of a lot line <br /> adjust to make the homesite parcel conforming to the required two acres minimum. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> a two acre Homesite Parcel and a Designated Remainder Parcel. Research revealed no septic <br /> tank permits, only well permits on the project site. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed septic permits for <br /> this parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcel. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1975 to 2019. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance.
