Eleventh, Tracy
APN 239-060-18, Service Request SR0080495.
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated April 15, 2019 for the above noted location and has
the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater
treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential impact of nitrate to groundwater, for a proposed
truck tractor and trailer storage parking facility, including a 3,000 square-foot shop for truck
maintenance and minor repairs, and a 400 square-foot office with 4 employees per shift (3 shifts
every 24 hours) and up to 30 truckers per day, and an existing 3 bedroom single-family resident on
approximately 41 acres lot.
Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study, supports the suitability for
OWTS usage, though a mounted system may be required to the high ground water, for Parcel 239-
060-18 for the proposed truck parking and repair facility, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
If you have any quer Ions please call Jeffrey Wong, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at (20468-0335.
MichlKith, REHS
Program Coordinator
Cc: Jasdeep Singh & Harminder Kaur, Singh / Kaur Trucking Facility, 25440 S.
