Kasey Foley,REHS,Assistant Director <br /> PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br /> Robert McClellon,REHS <br /> Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br /> Willy Ng,REHS <br /> Muniappa Naidu, REHS <br /> Michael Kith, REHS <br /> July 7, 2019 <br /> Abby Racco <br /> Live Oak GeoEnvironmental <br /> 407 West Oak Street <br /> Lodi CA 95240 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 3809 East Emerson Road, Acampo <br /> APN 005-145-11, SR0080668 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated May 23, 2019 and submitted on May 28, 2019 for <br /> the above noted location and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential impact of nitrate to groundwater for a new <br /> maximum 2-bedroom modular single family dwelling on approximately 0.26 acres. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage for this parcel for the proposed maximum 2-bedroom modular home, <br /> pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided all <br /> minimum setbacks from the OWTS and the required 100% replacement area to all water wells and <br /> surface water bodies can be met. <br /> The site map for the building permit for the proposed dwelling must be drawn to scale and must <br /> show the location of all buildings, driveways, the proposed OWTS, the proposed OWTS 100% <br /> replacement area and any water wells within 200 feet of the proposed OWTS and replacement <br /> area.
