The adjoining land is relatively flat. <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Based on information provided by Mr. Schuler, the site is proposed to be developed with an <br /> approximately 1,568 SF three bedroom mobile home and additional septic system on the southern <br /> portion of the site. The existing mobile home will be removed prior to development. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> The adjoining properties are developed with residences. Terracon requested historical aerial <br /> photographs dated 1940, 1952, 1963, and 1975 on file with the San Joaquin County Surveyors <br /> Office; however, records had not been received at the issuance of this report.
