Bluestone Ct, Acampo
APN 005-360-09, SR0080847
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated June 27, 2019 and submitted on July 3, 2019, for
the above noted location and has the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater
treatment system (OVVTS) usage and the potential impact of nitrate to groundwater for a proposed
3-bedroom house.
Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study
supports the suitability for standard OVVTS usage for this parcel for the proposed home, pursuant to
San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), utilizing leach lines and seepage
pits, provided the proposed OVVTS and 100% replacement areas can meet all required minimum
setbacks, including from any water wells.
If you have any questions please call Naseem Ahmed, Environmental Health Specialist, at (209)
468-3436.
ITAAIA-etW
y Michael Kith, REHS
\s( Program Coordinator
c: Fred Smith - 24740 N.
