The property owner's pumping may pull <br /> the salt plume upgradient into the new well . <br /> The application does not state the proposed depth of the well ; however, it <br /> does indicate that the depth of the grout seal is two hundred feet. This seal <br /> is below the confirmed extent of contamination from a salt water plume which` <br /> has been found to be at least 175 feet deep.
