INTRODUCTION <br /> Our firm was re-ained by Velma Haffner to perform a soil suitability study <br /> on the subject property located at 3149 E. Collier Road, Ac&-npo, CA 95220. The <br /> purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic <br /> tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of the Public <br /> Health Service Percolation Test Procedures and San Joaquin County Ordinances. <br /> This report presents the results of our study. <br /> 11. PROPOSED DEVELOP= <br /> fhe area where the property is located is zoned rural residencial with 2 <br /> Acre minimum lot sizes. The property is being split into two (2) parcels with <br /> an existing residence on Parcel 1. Parcel 2 will be vacant at this time until <br /> it is decided on the type of residence that would be built on the vacant lot or <br /> when the property changes hands and the new owner develops the vacant parcel. <br /> 111. PRES134T AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> Except where the existing residence is on the property the remainder of the <br /> property has been in pasture and or agricultural use for private use. It is <br /> anticipated that the open area where the new residence would be proposed would <br /> still allow much of the land to remain open or may be planted with fruit and <br /> shade trees for the new owners use. <br /> 1V. PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> Currently Parcel 1 is being serviced by a septic system that has been in <br /> operation for in excess of 20 years without any problems and the other parcel <br /> should not have any problem when the future proposed new system is installed <br /> with leach lines, septic tank and deep pits under a new building permit. The <br /> existing system consists of a Septic Tank, 3-100 foot leach lines.
