Box 3044, Room 212 Community Development Department <br /> Sacramento,California 95812-3044 1810 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton,California 95205 <br /> XCounty Clerk, County of San Joaquin <br /> Project Title: Road Name Change No. PA-1900248 <br /> Project Location-Specific: The project site is De Anza Boulevard)(Supervisorial District: 5) <br /> Project Location—City: Mountain House <br /> Project Location—County: San Joaquin County <br /> Project Description: Road Name Change application initiated by the Mountain House Community Services <br /> District to change the name of the east-west section of"De Anza Boulevard" between Central Parkway and <br /> Great Valley Parkway. The new road name proposed is "Arturo Boulevard". Recent amendments to the <br /> Master Plan and Specific Plan changed the roadway circulation within the Town Center area. De Anza <br /> Boulevard no longer extends through the Town Center. Consequently, De Anza west of Central is severed <br /> from De Anza south of Giotto Street. De Anza north should be renamed to avoid confusion for emergency <br /> response teams and the public at large.
