Lehman Rd, Tracy <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. These following <br /> conditions supersede all conditions in the letter dated October 31, 2018. These requirements <br /> cannot be modified. <br /> 1) The soil suitability and nitrate loading study (SSNL study) dated 02/05/2019 (revised <br /> 05/28/2019) has been reviewed and approved by the Environmental Health Department on <br /> June 28, 2019. The previous condition of approval requiring a SSNL study has been satisfied. <br /> 2) The Environmental Health Department has received the Septic Tank & Filter Bed <br /> Calculations dated 07/09/2019 for the engineered septic system plan check. The report <br /> shows the design calculations, and the maximum number of employees that will be using the <br /> engineered septic system (219 employees). The site plans include the 100% replacement <br /> area for future sewage disposal repair/replacement. The previous condition of approval <br /> requiring the revised site plans and calculations has been satisfied. <br /> a) Ensure that the disposal field is maintained in an open area and not compacted. <br /> Barricades may be required to maintain this area so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> built on, or used as a storage area. (San Joaquin County Onsite Waste Water Treatment <br /> Systems Standards Sec. 9.5.4.). <br /> 3) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system shall be done under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (EHD) (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> 4) Well water sampling and testing for nitrates by a state certified laboratory will not be required <br /> as there is no existing domestic wells onsite according to correspondence between the <br /> applicant and Lead REHS Steven Shih at the Development Committee Meeting dated <br /> 11/28/2019. <br /> 5) Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water System <br /> Program, at (209) 468-0332, to determine if this project can be permitted as a public water <br /> system prior to issuance of building permits. If a public water system is required, applicant <br /> shall submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the California State <br /> Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water(Water Board) at least six months <br /> 1868 E.
