Box 517 <br /> Patto,son, California 9::363 <br /> RE: Water well pumps installed without permits for addresses: <br /> 6645 W Delta Ave., Tracy, CA 95304 Complaint ID: CO 0029036 <br /> 31600 Koster Rd., Tracy, CA 95304 Complaint ID: CO 0029050 <br /> A recent review of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) records <br /> indicates that Pump Permit applications were never submitted for the above referenced j <br /> addresses. <br /> Failure to obtain an EHD Pump Permit prior to repairing, replacing, installing, or sealing a pump <br /> on any water well, whether the well is to be used for production of water for domestic, <br /> agricultural; industrial or testing purposes, is a violation of the San Joaquin County (SJC) <br /> Ordinance Code (Section 9-1115.3). If the pump installation or re-installation is due to an <br /> emergency repair, a permit application(s) for the pump work and any other regulated activity <br /> (well construction, repair or replacement), must be submitted to the EHD within 48 hours (SJC <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 9-1115.4). <br /> The pump installations performed on the above referenced addresses are "after the fact" and t <br /> subject to a double fee amount ($100,00)for each Pump Permit application. <br /> Within seven (7) days from receipt of this notice, the EHD is requiring you to submit a <br /> Pump Permit application for the above referenced addresses. The above noted violation <br /> must be fully abated within thirty (30) days from the receipt of this notice.
