Well records obtained from San <br /> Joaquin County document the wells were installed under San Joaquin County permit nos. <br /> SR-0039286 and SR-0051894. These wells should not pose any environmental concerns. <br /> 6.4. PROPERTY OWNER-PROVIDED DOCUMENTS <br /> The property owner did not provided AGE with any additional documents. <br /> 7.0. SUBJECT PROPERTY RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by AGE representatives on 30 <br /> April 2019. At the time of the site visit the weather was warm and clear. Property features <br /> are identified on the Site Plan, provided as Figure 2; photographs of the subject property <br /> are provided in Appendix B. <br /> 7.1. METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> An AGE representative was given full access to the subject property exterior. The interior <br /> of the property single-family residence was not inspected during the site reconnaissance. <br /> AGE does not consider this limiting condition significant due to the residential uses of the <br /> structures. No additional limiting conditions were noted. <br /> 7.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed at <br /> the time of the site visit: <br /> • The property is located off of the south side of South Kasson Road. Access to the <br /> property is gained by utilizing a gravel/rock and asphalt paved driveway, which <br /> extends approximately 2,100 feet southwestward from Kasson Road and to a <br /> single-family residence on the northeastern corner of the subject property. The <br /> remaining property acreage comprises orchard trees in the northeast section of <br /> the property; the central and southwest sections of the property are undeveloped. <br /> • The single-family residence is a two-story dwelling with physical address of 31411 <br /> Kasson Road. The residence is landscaped with grass, trees, boulders, a <br /> swimming pool and an outdoor pavilion. <br /> • One detached garage building located directly southeast of the residence. <br /> • The area immediately north of the residence is utilized for storage including a sheet <br /> metal canopy for storage of recreational vehicles (i.e. boats, ATVs), two (2) 20-foot <br />
