Sacramento.
Service Request SR0079451.
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed
Nitrate Loading study report dated July 25, 2018 and has found it meets the requirements of San
Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-1105.2 (d).
SPECIAL COMMENTS:
The results of the Nitrate Loading Study indicate the proposed four-bedroom home has the
potential to impact groundwater above the maximum contaminant level of 14 mg/L-N.
In order to process building plans for the proposed residence, a Registered Engineer will need to
submit plans to our office a proposed engineered design sewage disposal system designed to
mitigate nitrates at point of discharge to below 10 mg/L-N. The fee will be based on the current
schedule at the time of payment. In addition, Environmental Health Department approval of the
plans is required prior to issuance of building permit(s).
If you have any questions please call Jeffrey Wong, Lead Senior Environmental Health Specialist,
at (209) 468-0335.
rrogra
el Kith.
