Believe it or not, the Access <br /> Agreement is still not complete...as I think the attorneys realized that they <br /> would not get done for this round of sampling and I have not been pushing <br /> them. That said, we had some drilling refusal out in the street (came <br /> across some old unidentified pipe)...and based on the results of this round <br /> of drilling onsite, we need to drill some more borings both on the site and <br /> in the street. So, it looks like we will be drilling in all three areas once we <br /> are able to get funding for this additional work. I think that might be in <br /> Sept or Oct. Is it possible to keep these permits open till then? Not sure <br /> how this works. <br /> Also, the driller we used was Penecore, and they are still in business.
