i I SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION ACTIVITIES This SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION ACTIVITIES ("Second Amendment to Agreement") is made and entered into on January j, 2016, between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California Corporation (hereafter"PG&E") and Lodi Iron Works (hereafter referred to as "Owner"), regarding Owner's property located at 820 S. Sacramento Street, Lodi, California (hereafter referred to as "Owner's Property"). It is understood between Owner and PG&E that: A. On or about July 2093, Owner and PG&E entered into a certain Agreement for Environmental Remediation Activities('Agreement'), under which Owner granted permission through September 30, 2014, to PG&E, including its employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents, to enter Owner's Property to conduct certain environmental remediation activities, which Agreement was modified by a First Amendment extending the duration of the Agreement through December 31, 2095; B. Owner and PG&E desire to further extend the duration of and modify the Agreement, as set forth below. Therefore, Owner and PG&E agree as follows: 1. Owner grants permission to PG&E, including its employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents, to enter Owner's Property to conduct environmental remediation activities described below on Owner's Property up to and ending on July 31, 2016, unless Owner and PG&E agree in writing to extend this Second Amendment to Agreement. 2. The above-referenced environmental remediation activities include marking the site for and conducting underground utility clearance, destroying two soil gas wells, and conducting other post-remediation activities. 3. Other than changing the duration of the Agreement and modifying the remediation activities as described above, the Agreement remains in full force and effect, and nothing in this Second Amendment to Agreement shall be deemed to alter or amend other terms of the Agreement.
