(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Irvin and Loneita Bender APN: 015-130-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Augusta Street has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> Olive Street has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> 'File Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. The frontage improvements for Augusta Street and Olive Street shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way collector residential street conforming to the <br /> Specific Road Plan of the Town of Woodbridge. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit <br /> equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $260.00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 and 2 and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$115.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br />
