Connection to a public sewer system is required at the time of development for Parcel 2. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2[b]) <br /> 2. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title at the time of development for Parcel 2. If the private well is allowed <br /> to remain, an approved backflow prevention device shall be connected between the private well and the <br /> public water system. <br /> 3. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the premises to an <br /> approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2401. <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division conditions of approval for <br /> MS-98-23 do not require the removal of the existing private well on Parcel 2. The private well may remain <br /> if an approved backflow protection device is installed as specified in the above item number 2.
