The frontage improvements for Cahmyrna Road across Parcel 1 shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Rural Road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage <br /> and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A$260.00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal description of <br /> Parcel 1 and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of <br /> Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, <br /> the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee <br /> of$115.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 5. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 6. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-la, F-lb and F-Ic and the Woodbridge Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.5 and 9-1150.15) <br /> 7. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 8.
