Located on the W. side <br /> of Waverly Road, between Shelton and Flood Roads, E. of Linden . <br /> APPLICANT : Ross Purviance Jr . /E1 Rancho Rock and sand, Inc . <br /> APN: 093-450- 01 , 05, 06, and 07 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Waverly Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORWARDED FOR YOUR <br /> CONSIDERATION, CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THIS APPLICATION. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> 1 . The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer and include the following : <br /> a. Detail of Access Road (First 100 feet from Waverly Road <br /> shall be paved ) . <br /> b. Final grading plan-drainage provision. <br /> c . Boundaries and quantities of excavation and direction of <br /> excavation. <br /> d. Stockpile area for top soil . <br /> 2 . Loads on Waverly Road shall be restricted to the legal load <br /> limit. <br />
