The property is located on the west side
of Henry Road at 10469 South Henry Road. Our study was done to determine if the site is
acceptable for septic systems which will function properly and pose no adverse environmental impact
to surface waters or to the underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the
requirements of Development Title Section 9-1105.2 Item (d) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance
Codes.
[2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION
It is important to note that the owner of the property has no intentions of building on any
portion of the hvo subject parcels. Parcel I will remain as a 3.0 acre homesite parcel and the
Designated Remainder is proposed to remain exclusively 76.1 acres in almond production.
The attached site map illustrates the layout of the two parcels as oriented on the west side of
Henry Road. As noted, it will not be possible for an additional homesite to be built on Parcel 1
since County Ordinances stipulate two acres per homesite.
The topography of the area consists of gentle rolling hills, with the majority of the acreage being
comparatively flat. The subject property is located 5 miles north of the town of Escalon. The
study area consists of predominately agricultural production land in the form of range land, orchards
and confined animal facilities. Surrounding structures consist of very low density single family
housing, ranches and ranchettes. Current zoning of the property is AG-40.
A review of Application Permits on file with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department indicates there have been four Applications for Repairs/Additions in the regional study
area which includes the general locale of Henry Road and Carter Road. These applications for system
Our reports and letters are submitted as the confidential property of our clients for their exclusive use.Any publication or reproduction of statements, conclusions or extracts from or
regarding our reports or letters is reserved, contingent upon the written authorization of OualityControl Inspection,Inc.
