Harney Ln. <br /> Lodi, Ca. 95242 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability Study <br /> PROJECT: MS 98-31 APN 058-020-16 <br /> SUBJECT: Percolation Testing <br /> On December 8, 1998 percolation test was completed at 1101 W. Harney Lane. The location of the test area <br /> was identified by a representative from Seibel&Associates,Lodi,California. <br /> A Registered Sanitarian from the San Joaquin County's Department of Environmental Health was present <br /> for the last two readings. The testing was performed in accordance with the Department's percolation test <br /> procedures. <br /> Two holes were drilled using a hand auger. One hole was tested and the other hole was for verification of <br /> the soil profile. The hole diameters measured 7"at the top. Sleeving of the holes was not required. Gravel <br /> was placed in the bottom of the test hole. Test hole depth was 42". <br /> Please see attached report Form EH 05 119/84(90)of Field Percolation Testing. The soil,as tested, <br /> indicates it is conducive to percolation of clear sewage effluent. <br /> Submitted for inclusion in Soil Suitability Study. <br /> Earnest F. Smi , P <br />
