CAN'T SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s)116043,116040,& <br /> 116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #29 Recirculation System Operation Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Sand filter is non functional. Repair in 2 weeks. Pool will be closed till repair. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Recirculation system shall be in operation whenever the pool is available for use and additional times as <br /> needed to maintain clear pool water. (CCR 65525) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> I met with Mark Hickey, Pool service Supervisor, and he informed me the Property Manager has been changed since middle <br /> of July 2019. He sent the new manager price proposal letter on Aug 6, 2019 to repair the pool sand filter but they didn't reply <br /> till now. He provided me with the new manager contact info to update 5021 form. <br /> I inspected the pool.Water is turbid as of the debris accumulating from the broken sand filter.
