Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Rodent droppings throughout. Bad smell from <br /> probable dead mouse in trap in corner. Holes throughout facility. Kitchen lacks droppings but has a lot of build-up under <br /> equipment. Clean throughout facility. Remove all droppings and clean all cans/bottles with santizer. Clean and sanitize <br /> shelves and floors. Facility uses Consumer Choice Pest Control and observed receipt for about twice a months. Facility must <br /> close until corrected.
