(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Gerald and Mary Hawley Trust APNs: 093-330-09 and 093-330-10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Shelton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
