Shelton Road
Linden, CA 95326
Subject: Cost Estimate for Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report
3.9 Acre Parcel on N. Shelton Road, Linden, CA
Dear Mr. Hawley:
As we discussed this afternoon, Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (Ground Zero) is providing this proposal to
prepare a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the referenced property. According to Mr. Mike
Huggins of San Joaquin County, a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report should be essentially
equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report. Accordingly, Ground Zero proposes to
conduct a limited assessment comprised of four general substantive components: 1) A records review; 2)
site reconnaissance; 3) interviews; 4) evaluation and report. No subsurface investigation (borings or
sampling) will be conducted as part of the investigation and reporting.
Gr ad-Zero will prepare the required report, including all necessary work elements at an estimated cost
of$],800. s we discussed, the typical period of time required to complete the report is approximately
e weeks. -7 8 (
If this proposal is acceptable, please provide an authorizing signature below or in separate correspondence.
Please call me if you have any questions or require additional information
Sincerely,
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc.
