Parcel Nos . 1 ands , 80 acres and 40 <br /> acres respectively , abut the westerly boundary of Clements Road. <br /> Parcel No . 2 , 40 acres , also is to the west of Clements Road and <br /> situate in the western interior of the subject property immediately <br /> to the west and abutting Parcel No . "s in the southwest corner of <br /> the subject property. DP2A, DP3B and DP4A, <br /> on Parcel Nos . 2 , 3 and 4 , respectively, dug to maximum depths of <br /> 17 ' 06" , 12 ' 07" and 25 ' 00" respectively are used for Soil Profile <br /> reporting . See the attached "Field Percolation Data Sheet" and <br /> "Site Plans" as well as the text of this report for specific soil <br /> layer character and location details . No water was encountered in <br /> excavating the three (3) deep percolation test holes . <br /> Well Water Analysis : See the attached "Far West Laboratories , Inc . " <br /> two letters , both dated December 15 , 1998 , as well as the text of <br /> this study report regarding Nitrate and DBCP concentrations . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : Discharging effluent into a 12 , 000 square feet <br /> minimum usable disposal area in combination with subsurface <br /> horizontal leach lines into seepage pits at a maximum depth of <br /> twenty-five feet below the ground surface is recommended for Parcel <br /> Nos . 1 , 2 , and 3 . Engineer designed systems are recommended for <br /> Parcel Nos . 4 and 5 . <br />
