(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Ralph Pombo APNs: 253-090-14 and 253-140-06 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Tracy Boulevard has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
